Through early intervention, the evidence-based b kinder programs and resources empower and inspire children in their pivotal years to become kinder, more empathetic and more compassionate. These initiatives give children a tool kit of skills and strategies to help them develop an enriched sense of wellbeing, belonging and self-esteem helping to reduce mental health issues, bullying and suicide. Every pair of socks helps more primary school children to utilise the b kinder wellbeing resources.
